Welcome to Paws'n'Trails! We are dedicated to bringing the best adventure gear right to your doorstep. We currently ship exclusively to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
We work with premium global fulfillment partners to ensure your gear arrives safely. Please note that packages are subject to customs clearance, which may impact delivery times.

*   United States: 7 – 12 business days
*   United Kingdom: 7 – 12 business days
*   Canada: 10 – 15 business days
*   Australia: 10 – 15 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during peak shopping seasons or holidays.

3. Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package online. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

 4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Paws'n'Trails is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
